► Note: The smaller the spray distance, the higher the working speed must be when spraying, only then can fine, filigree lines be spray-painted without problems. Please check plastic substrates for compatibility. All other surfaces, e.g. stone, clay, ceramics, rattan/bast, cardboard/paper must be primed with belton universal primer. Do not spray on synthetic resin painted surfaces as the paint may lift.
- Binder base: water-based polyurethane dispersion (colour lacquers and clear lacquers)
nitro-composite resins (for the 3 metallic colour tones) - Spray application: 2-3 even thin layers. Apply a thin spray coat first,
after 3-5 min. apply a final even coat in thin layers. - Layer thickness: approx. 50-60 µm (with 2-3 layers)
- Spray distance: 20-30 cm
- Drying times:
- dust-dry: after approx. 35 min. (colour lacquers and clear lacquer)
after approx. 20 min. (metallic colours)
- Touch-proof: after approx. 70 min. (colour lacquers and clear lacquer)
after approx. 40 min. (metallic colours)
- Fully dried: after approx. 24 h (colour lacquers and clear lacquer)
after approx. 12 h (metallic colours) - Can be painted over:
- with the same colour at any time
- with a belton perfect clear coat after approx. 3 hours
